I would like a confirmation number and the ability to look up past paid invoices. I thought I paid this bill yesterday but didn't get a confirmation number and didn't see it hit my bank today so I paid it again hoping I'm not duplicating the payment. *** Edit - I did see after the fact that an email was sent. :)

You need to set up the payment page to autofill the customer info and the invoice data on the page. I've complained about this before! This is 2024, not 1924!

I paid with an e check, but had to sign to accept policy. It stated that withdrawal will be on the date due. It also included that if the date due was a weekend or holiday the account could be charged for late payment. My date due is on a Saturday. I am paying 17 days early. Please just take my payment out immediately. I do not want to pay a late fee.

painful reentry of data--every time i pay this, i have to reenter my name and address, etc. how about create an account like most websites...

PAYMENT IS RELATIVELY EASY I JUST WISH IT WOULD GIVE CONFIRMATION NUMBER. I MADE PAYMENT ONE TIME AND IT WAS NEVER APPLIED.

i like the online pay process but would like to see more information about my account like current amount due. also would like to see a little more about my payment history.

The sins of the past seem to plague our current standing with Koorsens. I feel that since prior management did not take care of Koorsens as they take care of us, that we are not seen in good regard to the company. The technicians I have met have all been friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is friendly.

good service which hopefully justifies the sometimes high prices. billing expects payment sooner than most, especially when receiving invoices over the last few years has been an issue.
