Preordered pokemon cards and items were never shipped even after multiple emails to them. Had to file a chargeback to get my money back.

I been trying to get an answer for months and nobody replies. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE. It is a big headache. I will never buy from them again because iys been about 4 months and I havent received my items. BECAREFUL AND BUY FROM TRUSTED SITES ONLY...NOT HERE.

Be warned they randomly cancel your order and steal your money. I’ve recently pre ordered Pokémon 2 months in advance and then they randomly cancelled my order at 3am in the morning. I’ve sent numerous emails asking why they do not respond. I’ve asked for my money back and they still haven’t given it back. Now we’re doing this the hard way by contacting my credit card company. Be warned do not buy from these scammers. They take your money basically an interest free loan then steal it.

Absolutely trash. Will never order from again. Takes your money, doesn't fulfill product. Basically just earn interest on your money and maybe give you a refund. I'll have to fight the charges and get my money back. Customer support is non existent. Stay away from.

DO NOT BUY! They will not send pre-order items and will not respond to any inquiries. They open endless pre-orders for items they can't fill. Do not order - they will take your money and not actually send any items!

They sent marketing emails regarding Pokemon AH ETBs being in stock, but they just wont honor the preorders they pocketed money more than 3 months ago! Multiple follow-ups give no results just false assurances that orders will be shipped by 3/22 then today got an email "The deadline for shipment has passed for this product. Remember, you are not required to wait longer than you are comfortable with for your order. We are shipping out hundreds of these ETBs daily and we will continue to do so until all orders are fulfilled. We still have many orders to ship out. " - Bunch of shameless unprofessionals running the show here! Avoid for peace of mind!

Takes money for pre-order items and then does not ship items. Does not communicate items are not being shipped. Will not respond when you reach out inquiring about items. Total SCAM business taking money from people, being unresponsive, and no communication at all. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

2 stars for pricing. I sent the nicest email I could come up with to let them know my concern for my pre order. Recently dm on instagram. No reply to either. Not sure how to move because id like my product. But everyone else is experiencing the same thing so who am I. Glad there’s somewhere to express my disappointment.
