I have received multiple items from Kollect Korner. While there may be delays and hangups for some product, Tina has been very transparent in email blasts as well as individually as well to give customers updates.

Update #2: Kollect Korner is doing so much better with communicating (via mass emails) the status of pre orders and ship dates. I want to commend them (and give them a better rating) for making changes to offer better customer service. Update #1: The Phantasmal Flames 3-pack blisters were delivered yesterday 1/05/2026. I previously cancelled the order and received a full refund through PayPal. Needless to say, I was very surprised to start receiving tracking emails. If Kollect Korner reads this updated review, please send me an invoice to pay for the order. Secondly, improving your customer communication (mass emails are okay) about the status of pre-orders and fulfillment timing would be extremely useful to your customers. You did it once for Phantasmal Flames but then your customers heard nothing. Old Review: No Automatic Refunds for Unfilled Orders. I preordered the Phantasmal Flames 3-pack blister. I received no response to emails or a refund. Disputed payment with PayPal to get refund.

Hello Jill, I apologize for the inconvenience. There are many people who dislike automatic refund because they actually want to keep their orders open for when the stock arrives. For this reason we do not do this automatically. Our refund policy promises your items or your money back. If you have orders that you would like refunded please let us know. We fulfill every single order whether it is delayed or on time and our customers are not required to wait any longer than the shipping expectations that are communicated. Pre-ordered a booster box for the new phantasmal release and have not received any emails aside from them mentioning ETBs were delayed. Would like to hope this is not a scam, but cant seem to get any emails or response from them. *sigh*

Fair prices and transparent about pre-orders. Received the product I pre-ordered and it was well packaged and shipped in a timely manner on the date listed for shipping. With today’s market for Pokemon cards, you either wait or fight in the retail lines, wait in online queues and get botted at the end if it, or you simply don’t get product because of all the scalping no lifers that can barely afford their own rent and decide to spend 3-4 hrs in line for a minimal profit instead of contributing to society or progressing their careers. I would gladly give up on a pre-order that didn’t make allocation as some of these negative reviews state than the current alternative. At least when Kollect Korner can deliver it’s at a fair price and with transparency. Already preordered a few other products from Kollect Korner and glad they’re willing to work in the hobby without price gouging or taking advantage of a crazy bull market. 5 stars Kollect Korner.

I have completed several pre-orders so far. Customer service is always very quick to answer. I do not feel like I’m just a number when I am dealing with kollect Korner. Very honest and straight forward!

This is one of many sites using the popularity of Pokémon cards to collect interest-free loans. The responsible thing to do as a business would be to wait for distribution numbers before taking preorders. Instead, as they have done with previous sets, Kollect Korner collected money for preorders they could not fulfill. Seven weeks after taking my money, I am waiting for a pending refund. Buyer beware.
