I preordered a pitch black ETB back In May 2026, heard absolutely nothing until October 19. No updates nothing if you actually want to get your order in a timely manner don’t order from here. Horrible customer service. Save yourself the trouble and don’t order from here these people suck!!!

Just got my 1st package. Was very delayed but staff was informative the whole experience and helpful. So glad I trusted my gut and not reviews. Preorders are up front with shipping time. Did it take longe… yes, but it was expected. Great prices and staff. Look foward to future orders.

Staff are nice, prices are good. Staff transparent about any delays. It’s are legit and they send stickers!

Prices are fair, but shipping and reliability are horrendous. I'm not sure if the risk is worth it, especially since they charge upfront (and you're left without any product for months and months). For reference, I pre-ordered Pitch Black (Pokemon) from them, it released mid-July, and as of right now, I have received 0 Pitch Black product (same with Chaos Rising and Series III boxes). This isn't even to mention Ascended Heroes products (i.e. the tins) and, of course, 30th celebration. Don't hold your breath to get your items any time within the reasonable future.

What a waste of time this company is, they never fulfill orders. Now it’s “oh we’re remodeling” enough of the Bs lies. You guys have no product, or you sell your allocation for market price. Never shopping with KK again

I would strongly recommend staying away from Kollect Korner. I placed multiple preorders with them and paid upfront. When the expected shipping dates came, my orders simply were not shipped. This happened with multiple products, including One Piece and Pokémon Chaos Rising. I contacted them multiple times requesting refunds. They refunded only one of my orders and, in my experience, completely ignored my requests regarding the other order. Even the Chaos Rising order they did refund was unnecessarily frustrating. Instead of simply refunding what I paid, the refund came in three separate parts—and initially, they didn't even refund the full amount. I had to continue dealing with the situation to get my money back. Taking customers' money months in advance for preorders is one thing. Failing to ship those orders when the time comes, then making customers repeatedly chase you for their own money, is completely unacceptable. At this point, I am having to pursue a credit-card dispute for the remaining money they have not refunded. Based on my experience, I would never purchase from Kollect Korner again, and I strongly recommend that other collectors take their business elsewhere. A business that accepts preorder money has a responsibility to either deliver the merchandise as promised or promptly return the customer's money. My experience with Kollect Korner has been terrible.

This website is the worst I have dealt with especially for preorders. They say a preorder can take 4 + weeks to get fulfilled which is ridiculous (this is also not mentioned on the listings). Their customer service is basically not existent. DO NOT BUY!

I preordered Lorcana Attack of the Vines over 3 months ago and it still has not shipped. The next set is coming out. I have emailed them multiple times about my order without any response. If they cannot deliver on my preorder they should email be back and refund me my money.
