The best source for TCG products. While preorders may take a little bit to ship out after release, it WILL be sent. I see a lot of reviews saying this business is not trustworthy but that's the exact opposite of the problem. Anyone angry about their stuff not being shipped out on time clearly doesn't understand how they're operating.

This shop is amazing! Great prices and even more importantly, amazing employees who actually care about the hobby. This place is a must!

Online ordering was a breeze took a little while to get the product but they let you know in advance if there are any delays and I love that!!!! Kollect Korner is the best in my oppiniom

Saw other reviews here and decided to give this company a chance since they were new. I paid for a preorder of a recent Pokemon item a few months ago. The prices were very good and it was easier to place an order with this store than others. Unfortunately, the reviews were spot on about Kollect Korner. This is a very small operation that is maybe aiming a little too high right now. There was no communication about delays for my order even after the expected shipping date had passed. When I reached out via email, I did not get a response. I tried again a few days later with no response again. Eventually, I just submitted a dispute with my credit card company and moved on. If you want to take a gamble on an order for cardboard then by all means do so. But just know you may have a similar situation and just be giving this store a short-term and interest free loan to not deliver.

I pre-ordered an item that was set to release weeks ago and had not received it. I reached out around the release date, but hadn’t heard back. Then I reached out again and they explained why the order was delayed, informing me that they are a very small team and working to fulfill as many orders as possible! When I asked why I hadn’t received a reply to my original request, they informed me that they could not find my original email and forwarded my issue to IT. So if you sent a message and it didn’t get a reply, I don’t think they’re ignoring you, they just didn’t get it. They even let me know they would refund my order if I felt it was taking too long. Well, ultimately I canceled my order due to the delay, but the cancellation was simple. I received an automated email that worried me a little since it said not refunded, but they immediately followed up with a email informing me that my refund would be issued after 24 hours and allow up to 10 days for it to reach my account. Replies were sometimes same day with a max of 2 days. I would definitely shop here again. All small companies have to start somewhere. They’re not Amazon, so I have a realistic expectation.

Waited and waited for preorders. Customer service is atrocious. Eventually got a response that gave a date on shipment. They still didnt send item. I basically told them I would dispute the fraudulent charges with my bank for them to give a refund. They drag you along and waste your time and money. Lack of transparency of order status and flat out dishonest.I would not recommend.

Perfect Order was packaged lovely. Transparent about shipping. Came in on time!! Product came in minty too !!!
