Pre ordered the strixhavem collector boxes on 4/9/26. They haven't processed the order until now 5/8/26. Still no eta of shipping.

Great customer service! Upbeat and kind staff! Always a great time when I go in to shop, they have a variety of stuff for everyone!

This company is a complete joke. Customer service is hard to access on purpose. They take your money for pre orders months ahead and don’t contact you even a month after release date. Perfect order was not in short supply and they didn’t send out on time or send any messages. When you contact them they give you generic answers and then block you. Horrible company and will never work with again.

Update: As a distributor rule, game stores can sell product if they host a pre-release event which occurs 1 week prior to official launch. The fact that you still hadn’t shipped my product a week after Official release date ( when local stores have been selling it since pre release two weeks earlier) throws red flags. Then add to the fact that multiple emails were sent with no response makes it a terrible customer experience. Don’t preorder from here if you want your preorder anytime close to release date. Haven’t received any update on my preorder. Local shops have been selling the product for weeks now. No response when reaching out for support multiple times. Terrible experience. Do not order from here!! Will be disputing the charge with my credit card company as a potential scam.
