Took MONTHS to ship my preorder and held $600 the whole time. When release day rolled around they partially refunded the order then took another MONTH to ship it. This also took multiple contacts to customer service until they stopped responding and I had to initiate a fraud report on my credit card. Finally after that they shipped the items but they never responded to my multiple requests to cancel for a refund prior to the fraud report. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I’ve been using Kollect Korner for a couple months to get my hands on new OP and Pokemon TCG products. And I’ve been loving the experience so far! They have a very good system in place to prevent proxy/bot interactions on their drops and ship out within a timely manner after preorder, with products in such high demand it’s a miracle this place even exists with prices like this and a customer experience as friendly as this.

They literally steal money and then don't send pre-ordered products. No response, no refund, all bullshit.

Takes preorders they can’t reasonably fulfill. Will ship “1-4 weeks” after release (already insane), but decent price. Currently on week 5 and finally get a response “we’re working as fast as possible but we’re unable to provide an estimated ship date.” This shop has no business taking preorders. Avoid.

Terrible communication. Took 4 emails to get a response. After my 4th email asking for an update, they emailed back saying they cancelled my orders and will refund me. I did not ask for them to refund me, I just wanted an update as it had been almost 3 months. Just an awful experience all around.

I preordered 3 battle boxes of chaos rising early March. It’s June 19th and nothing besides excuses. They said up to 4 weeks after release it’s been 4 weeks and I can’t even get them to reply to my emails. I see similar reviews online and do not suggest buying from them.

Preordered Strixhaven collector booster boxes April 15th. Shipping for preorders started April 24th. Today is June 18th. I still do not have my product and have formally requested a refund from the company via support email. They should limit preorders to a very strict reasonable amount to guarantee all preorders ship within 30 days of release.
