They finally responded to my emails, and finally got my confirmation about my order being shipped out. They even apologized about the late shipping. I can say Im happy to have found them, they're prices are great, they have a big variety, and I can place pre-orders. I will continue to stick with this business just hope they can ship out my other orders quicker next time.

Horrible customer service. Preordered a product back in may. Release last month and have not received my order. Reached out to them multiple times and got no response. Place is a scam

If I could give 0 stars I would this place is terrible. The worst customer service and almost a scam or Ponzi scheme type of company. They will say they ship your product once it comes into their shop but then takes weeks or even months to get a response. On there website it says can take up to 2 weeks after to ship out which is fine but don’t lie and keep lying to make people think there’s going to get the product. Let me give an example I ordered the first partner series 2 back in March for April release it is now August nothing has shipped and not even an email saying where it’s at. They haven’t offered anything compensation like where sorry we can give you a discount code for the troubles or we can just refund since we lied. I will never order from here again and will never tell anyone to order from here this place is a scam and hope this review tells you to stay away and make sure this company never gets anyone else’s money.

I highly recommend to avoid this online store. They charge the full amount at preorder and they don’t have the allocation for those preorders. They also clearly state that preorders don’t guarantee product. Remember getting a refund or doing a charge back is a painful process. It’s actually a pretty ingenious idea, setup preorders 8 weeks or so before release. Collect all these funds from the preorders then just invest it. You can do something safe like a CD or T-Bill. Then just give everyone their money back and you can pocket the interest made. Maybe actual send out some product so it appears legitimate. I actually recommend just waiting all night on line at physical store then this.

Ordered some Pokemon items in April and they have been released 1 month ago. I still don't have my order. I requested a refund for this order and another one and have not heard back from them nor did they answer on their chat line. Stay away from this company they are not reputable and poor communication.

I was extremely disappointed to see the pricing attached to your Pokémon 30th Anniversary preorder launch. These products are already being offered by major retailers such as GameStop at lower prices. Charging above established retail pricing, while marketing the sale as an exclusive opportunity for your most loyal customers, comes across as taking advantage of collectors and the excitement surrounding the anniversary. Your email repeatedly emphasizes scarcity, exclusivity, and the fear of missing out, but the pricing feels much closer to what customers expect from scalpers than from a legitimate hobby store seeking to build a loyal community. Offering a five dollar discount does not meaningfully address inflated prices, especially when customers can purchase the same products elsewhere for less without needing a loyalty status or promotional code. Collectors are already frustrated by artificial scarcity, bots, resellers, and opportunistic pricing. Local and independent stores should be helping protect the hobby from those practices, not participating in them. I have supported your business in the past, but this launch has seriously damaged my opinion of Kollect Korner. I strongly encourage you to reconsider these prices and bring them in line with the actual retail market. Loyalty should be rewarded, not used as an opportunity to charge customers more.

I preordered pokemon first partners boxes from them, they never shipped them and when I contacted them they told me to cancel the order. I wouldn't order from this company ever again and I advise anyone to go anywhere else.
