Preordered some Pokemon cards about 3 months back. Waited until after the release of that set (First partner series 3) and it never shipped out. I emailed twice and got no reply. Finally I initiated for a refund which they were happy to oblige instead of shipping the order out…… stupid on their part but oh well. Was my first and last time ordering with them, Wouldn’t recommend !

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Takes pre-order 2 months before product drops. Then never ships the product. If you email them they take at minimum 7 days to respond. 7 weeks after drop date they just cancel the order. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

kollect korner decided to just cancel my preorder for first partners that I placed 6 months ago in February and they never responded to my 4 support email requests. What an awful experience, they just kept my money for 6 months, did not update or respond to me, and then split my refund into two separate payments that were weeks apart this month. Truly would recommend that no one buy from them. Absolute scum of the earth people.

DO NOT PREORDER ANY PRODUCTS WITH THEM. I placed and paid for my Pokémon First Partner Illustration Collection Series 2 preorder on April 10, 2026. More than four months later, on August 12, my order was simply canceled and refunded. So essentially, Kollect Korner held my money for four months while I waited for a product I reasonably believed I had secured, only to cancel the order long after the preorder was placed. Their explanation states that they experienced issues involving bot orders, chargebacks, Shopify withholding funds, legal expenses, shipping problems, and other operating costs. I understand that businesses can run into unexpected problems, but none of those issues are the customer's responsibility (it's actually easy and not expensive to implement counter measures for bots if you run a website). If a retailer accepts payment months in advance for a preorder, I expect them to properly manage those funds and actually fulfill the order. Had the order been canceled shortly after I placed it, I could have easily preordered the product somewhere else. Instead, I waited four months believing my order was secured and am now left trying to find the product after release. They included a $25 coupon with their apology, but after this experience I have absolutely no confidence in placing another preorder with them. I did receive a full refund, which I appreciate and want to make clear. However, a refund after holding a customer's money for four months does not make the overall experience acceptable. I would strongly recommend purchasing in-stock merchandise only, if anything, and avoiding preorders with Kollect Korner entirely.

Terrible store, terrible customer service. They scalp children's games and when they offer a product close to MSRP, just wait for the product to be cancelled and the people who paid scalper prices to receive their orders. Would never shop here again.

Ordered 4 months ago. was promised everything would ship out by 8/13 only a few days ago but now they are saying they can't fulfil all the orders. dont waste your time ordering from them. They take your money and hold on to it for over 4 months and never shipped out the product ordered. constant excuses. it felt like i got scammed.

I ordered Pokemon First Partner Series 2 at the same time as my friends did, I do understand that it was a preorder and that it may take longer. per email notifications i was fine with waiting. i reached out to their team and requested a status and they emailed about bots. a couple of weeks passed by and my friends got their orders and my order still showed unfulfilled. I reached out to their team via live agent and no response. The new first partner series 3 is about to be out on friday 08/5/26 and I have not response. Bad customer service. I knew this website was too good to be true.

I got a lot of good cards out of the display boxes i ordered i even got a golden dark ri!
