Kole Imports & CloseoutsReviews of koleimports.com

Have always had good experiences with them, fast shipping

EXCELENT, GOOD SERVICE AND PRICES

Excellent service shipment was fast and the product I ordered was as pictured.

Need more communication with the customer after the order, just as before the order.

GREAT JOB, came on time.

Customer service promised to resolve my problem or refund money. They did neither and became unresponsive. In the end I had to get my credit card company to intercede and retrieve my funds. Took several weeks to resolve and I was never refunded the cost of return shipping as promised and discounts offered were never given. I can not recommend this company.

Excellent customer service. Kole Import offers lots of variety of products in general merchandise. I have been working with Fernando Garcia since 2015 and continue to work with him many more years. Great experience.

My order arrived package well and without damage. Items were as pictures. Fairly quick shipping. I will order again and recommend them as a choice provider of items that I'm looking for.
