I am shocked to see my mom getting a new card for Kohl’s with the interest rate of 30% and she has excellent credit. How can any company that she has bought from for years do that to a loyal customers? Seriously, if I were you I’d rethink getting a credit card with kohls.

Went to Kohls.com to buy my wife some shoes. Found a pair for $79 and recieved free shipping because it was over $50. When I applied $40 bucks of Kohl's cash to the purchase, it then charged me $8.99 for shipping and handling. The problem was that this Kohls cash was received from a previous return at Kohls and the amount of that Kohls cash was deducted from my credit card refund. So I ended up paying for this Kohls cash through my credit card and yet when that amount was applied to this purchase it reduced the purchase amount to under the $50 dollar threshhold. Buyer Beware!!!

Several times this months item are advertised as half off go into store where employees won’t honor price call customer service they were of no help I hate to say this but they were worse than amazone customer service when Kohl’s goes out of business I hope they remember why

For years I’ve shopped at Kohls and love to take advantage of Black Friday deals. I spent a thousand bucks this year and was incredibly disappointed with what we received. The quality has never been really great but this year it was so bad that I’d rather shop on Temu. At least Temu offers free returns. I live 4 hours away from a kohls store and they don’t offer free returns by mail. Many items I purchased this Black Friday are going straight in the trash. Many products were not as described with very deceiving photos. I guess they feel they can rip off loyal customers and get away with it but they won’t. They will go out of business just like Mervin’s did. I won’t be shopping here anymore.

Ordered some sheets 2 weeks ago, they did not show out of stock. Used my Mastercard and a gift card. Item still shows “in fulfillment” but it was supposed to be delivered two days ago. Have made 3 phone calls only to get someone who speaks no English. I’m done with kohls, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with orders. Never shopping kohls again and getting rid of their card.

My mother passed the end of October 2024, after some of the dust has settled we went through my mother’s mail and found several overdue bills. I contacted an airline and several utilities, credit card companies, etc. and ALL late charges were waived. However, after three Indian call center contacts, a visit to “our” local Kohl’s (Manager threw up her hands and said I can’t do anything…) and hours wasted, Kohl’s has decided to lose thousands of dollars in business as to avoid reimbursing a $40 late fee. Kohl’s is the ONLY company that did not waive late charges. The explanation is that “I am not on the account.” (Some fine print that my mother, and anyone else overlooked applying through her Kohl’s credit card years ago?) So therefore, I can’t make any decisions about what happens on the account. However, Kohl’s was happy to close the account and take MY debit card payment. I find that quite hypocritical and poor customer service, as a retail manager myself I wouldn’t hesitated to refund $40 to keep a customer happy and coming back. My mother was a loyal Kohl’s customer for years. $40 is a drop in the bucket. It’s a matter of principal… Kohl’s, will now lose thousands of dollars in business from my family and extended family. I do not expect any satisfaction at this point. The only thing I can figure is Kohl’s management has instructed their customer service team to respond to every request with a hard “no.” I suspect as a company Kohl’s is failing. I hope my $40 “contribution” will get help Kohl’s get back on track.

Coles has the worst website ever. After looking up there are so many people making The same complete I am. Your website either freezes up or just doesn’t work. Which leads me to believe it’s just outdated. Spend some money on a new site so that people can enjoy online experience with your company. We are the ones supporting you the least you can do is make our online experience more productive. For why I thought I was just my issue, but I decided to look at that today and after several years of dealing with your freezing up on site location, many people are complaining of the same thing you would think you would try to support the people that are supporting you. I shop at your company a lot and I love your company, but sometimes I need to go online and order things in your site makes it very difficult often giving up and purchasing my items from another company. Please respect your customers and make it easier for us to purchase from your company.
