Ordered a beautiful carpet that went out of stock, and instead of cancelling the order, Kohl’s sends a Frankenstein literally pieced-together carpet in totally different colors with no edging. Did they really think I wouldn’t notice or care? I wish I could post pictures here to show what a truly inane choice this substitution was. And when I called customer service to send someone to pick up this very large monstrosity, they said the best way to get a refund is to bring it in to the store.
