Kohl'sReviews of kohls.com

I have friends and family who work at kohl’s and they said no one ever bought my pillows so they decide to sell what they have and not rebuy now everyone calls there stores complaining and calling them communist cause kohl’s isn’t selling it maybe people should open there eyes if you would of bought it in the first it wouldn’t of been pulled it has nothing to do with politics and I’m disgusted how people can call the stores and be rude to teenagers who work there cause it’s a job to them

I will never shop at Kohl’s again. Pulling the “My Pillow” product was the final straw. They want to be political? Shame on you Kohl’s. Retail should not be political.

Simple goodbye. Don't forget about the other half of America. Your profits were not that big to survive a 50% loss.

Kohls is now on my "do not buy from list". Your canceling of My Pillow products because of the cancel culture is anti American and disgusting. What of the many thousands of "My Pillow" employees. Do you have no regard for them. Great company, great products great CEO. Say good buy to 80 million potential customers. Your position is downright Stupid! May you join the other major failed retailers

I had placed an order for delivery to my address. I received notice my item was delivered... but it was not. It was delivered to a Kohl’s warehouse in another state!!! Customer service refused to send a replacement. They also would not process a refund justifying it by claiming a refund will automatically be processed by the facility which received it. This is so ridiculous. Then the rep had the nerve to tell me to just buy a replacement!!! So, wait...you will not process my refund, you will not facilitate a replacement, but you just want me to spend more money? This is an epic fail for customer service. Between this theft and cancel culture I need to move on from Kohl’s.

Want to say that I am very disappointed that Kohl`s has gotten into the Political bias. My Pillow or instance.

Shopping at Kohl's has been delightful. I found this when I used Kohl's to return an Amazon purchase. I was able to buy a number of things, mostly shirts, having good quality and value. I'm glad we still have bricks and mortar places to shop!

I'd give you no star if they let me. STAY OUT OF POLITICS - as you just lost this good customer!!!
