Horrible service

Bad experience at my favorite kohls. Went in to exchange a necklace (the clasp broke FYI) and I had to bring in a shirt they didn't take the security tag off. I shop at this kohls often and figured I would know someone. It was a 15 dollar shirt plus I was purchasing some jewelry. The woman was rude from the beginning and immediately began giving me the look like I stole the shirt. Now I just wanted the security tag taken off. I didn't want to return it or anything. I had purchased it on my Kohl's charge and wasn't able to locate it my history being as kohls has the most ridiculous, non user friendly system I've dealt with. The woman was extremely unpleasant the whole transaction. She warmed a bit when I dumped about 15 kohls receipts on the counter for a piece of jewelry I needed exchanged. I know these low paying customer service jobs are difficult, but if your having a bad day, stay home!

It’s actually 0, sorry for the mistake. Tried on a couple discount shirts, place is pretty expensive. 🤔 companies like this do not belong in America. I wonder how people feel knowingly buying the clothes that supports slavery.

I haven't shopped at Kohl's before, but as JC Penney's is closing their store nearby, I thought I'd check the reviews of Kohl's. I am happy to see that you support Black Lives Matter, and have stopped carrying My Pillow. I will definitely be shopping at Kohl's now.

When you remove Mike Lindell's My Pillow products just because corporate execs disagree with him politically or are afraid of the Left, you alienate MOST of your customers! This is a STUPID business practice, one you cannot afford, judging from your reviews. Restore freedom of choice in purchasing!!

This is where I quit shopping at Kohls... I am a Republican, and clearly they punish the republicans...Goodbye Kohls... Hello Target, WalMart, and the Mall...

If I could write a review for zero stars I would their credit system is a trap they make make it difficult to make your payment on time so they rack you with late fees all the time. Truely a trap
