Our seniors deserve better..
Today I witnessed something truly heartbreaking..I was on the line at Kohls in Port Chester and an elderly man (I think in his 80's) who walks with a cane stood on line for 15-20 mins only to be told that he could not return/exchange his item at the register but had to go downstairs to do so. Now he had to walk to the other side of the store to get on the elevator. Why isn't there a customer service register upstairs?? Or why can't this type of transaction be done at a specific register?? When I spoke to the cashier about it she shrug and said that there was nothing that she could do. This is the policy. Kohls you have got to do better!! Our seniors deserve grace, compassion and accessibility when they shop at your store.
