Gifts ordered for grandsons arrived with packaging damaged due to being shipped in a plastic bag. Customer Service was terrible said it was noted that item would be shipped in its original packaging. Who would even think that would mean it would be shipped in a plastic bag instead of a box. The plastic bag’s adhesive was even intentionally stuck to the original packaging and further damaged it. Clearly they’re responsible for their crappy packaging. This now makes 4 items received damaged by myself or my extended family in the last week due to poor packaging. Kohls has lost my future business! 12/23

on line order not so easy to return. Hard to even find out how on their website. Item doesn't work, but i'd have to pay postage. Now I have to drive 15 miles to return it. I'll never order from them again. Am a senior with health issues and largely shop 0n line so won't use kohl's again.

Sadly kohls has declined in both shipping times and how they ship. I’ve had 3 orders that never arrived and I have to spend hours trying to get a refund. They are very good at lip service just not customer service. They mark things as shipped but the carriers never received them. A label is created but never makes it to the carrier. We’re done with Kohls. I hope others have better experiences than we did.

Never again. They should get a half star. If you try and return something from Black Friday sales they will refund you the amount minus the discounts they give you for BF item, totally ridiculous, but they will let you go through the department and find an exact value item. I spent over an hour trying to find two 9.99 items and I could not even combine the two items (9.99 x 2 = $19.98) and find one item for this price (much easier to do if you think about it). Even after the store manager got involved, so I had to take two LT shirts, which do not fit regular sized men, but Kohl's has most of their men's clothes as Tall. Everything on sale at Black Friday was Tall--what a scam. Then on top of it, after I voiced my frustration with the transaction the manager, he gave me the refund Kohl's dollar speech that someone in the comments experienced. Their policy on returns is a rip-off, and I will not buy anything else from Kohl's. Theses are the rules for returns that are not clear; If Amazon gives me a discount and I return the item they refund me the line item price I paid. Kohl's takes your refunded amount and takes away the discount from the line item price and refunds the balance----not cool and deceptive marketing. Never again. Here are the reprinted rules: 1. The item must be the same price, it cannot be over and cannot be below, it MUST BE THE SAME 2. If you used a discount code then you WILL NOT be able to return the item 3. If all the of above are met then the item needs to be the EXACT SAME BRAND of the clothing item you are exchanging (this is close to impossible). Smarmy management and shady sales practices. Now I'm stuck with 2 jerseys sized LT that do not fit around the torso and can't return except for another Tall size that will not fit the torso of most men who are regular L or XL. Ironically the website infers that you can wear the LT like a regular size. Misleading and not the case.

I order on line but I guess i won’t be again. The prices change at the check out. I order a candle that was on sale for 18.00 I had 15.00 in Kohl’s cash. It cost me 15 dollars at the checkout. They went back to full price when I put in the cash.this happens repeatedly. They pad the bill. Shipping has become a nightmare. They substitute when you do t want them to. They give a tracking number and charge your account but dont mail it.. They are much too deceptive for me I don’t trust them. You can’t contact anyone who speaks English..

I called the Kohl's Medallion Center 5750 Skillman St, Sunday @ 9am was on hold for over an hour and then was hung up on. Called back again to cancel my order that was sent to this store for some reason don't know why!! No one answered the phone, I called back Monday night was on hold for 21 minutes finally a manager came to the phone I told her my issue and all she could say is that she was not working Sunday and she could give me the numbers to the managers who were working, now what good is that going to do I held for many hours on Sunday with no help and held tonight for 21 minutes. All she wants to do is say she was not at the location working on Sunday. Then she proceeds to tell me they are having issues with the website portal sending items to other stores, this is what happened to me. I don't need excuses I expect the phone to be answered and the issues be resolved. I was told I had to call and cancel the order you can't cancel unless YOU ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! I don't think is too much to ask. Very poor customer service. Very disappointed in Kohl's I have been a long-time card holder myself, after reading these reviews not so sure I'm going to continue to shop here.

On November 4th, I ordered a counter top stove which cost $300. The stove was never delivered and since it was a gift i called customer "service", which was horrendous. I was told the stove was delivered so I call UPS. They told me the order was canceled, so I called customer "service" again and again and again to get a refund. I spent several hours on the phone and STILL do not have my refund. Never again. Crooks.

I placed an order online to buy 3 different pairs of shoes. They arrived very quickly in the mail. Each pair of shoes was exactly as pictured on the website. They’re incredibly pretty and comfortable, also. I broke my ankle as a child and have a lot of trouble finding comfortable shoes as a result. I can’t believe I didn’t experience any pain or blisters even before breaking them in. I’ve also never been complimented for my shoes before but a kind woman stoped me to ask where I got my winter boots from. I love Kohls!
