The brace itself felt good when I first put it on. Then the top started rolling down. It wouldn't stay up.

I advised Knee Relieve I was not satisfied with the product & wanted to return it. I received an immediate response that they were sorry I wasn't satisfied & they could send a replacement or refund my payment. I requested a refund & was advised that a credit was issued to my account & that I could keep the product & maybe give it to someone else who could use it. They were prompt & courteous & handled my problem in a professional matter.

I wrote explaining that I love the brace but if was a bit too big. They are sending one which promises to be a better fit. Very please with the interaction I had with Jo and prompt service. I have a box full of knee braces and this is by far the best one. Very positive experience! Thank you.

Fantastic product and great service. My brace was a bit loose and I sent in a request for a smaller one and they took my measurements and within ten minutes I had another one being shipped free of charge. This is the best service I’ve had in a long time

Theses braces do NOT fit all. They did NOT fit my knees at 225. So the claim is blatantly FRAUDULENT. Proof once again that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. WASTE OF MONEY!
