Have'nt received my order

I ordered the pair of knee sleeves for $39.86. When the order was confirmed, it was for $49.95. I contacted Margo, she quickly refunded my purchase. Some time later, I received the product. I contacted the supplier and they told me to keep the items. I tried the product and it slips down after a few hours so I would not recommend this product.

Bad experience
I purchased 2 of the knee braces for $29.00 and it took forever to receive them from China then I ordered 2 more for the same cost and only received one with no response from customer service. THEN soon after I placed my second order the glue that holds the straps on place gave up the ghost and had to be stitched in place. In my opinion it is cheap Chinees made junk sold by a definite rip off company.

I’ve ordered two items from knee relieve-a knee brace and two neck massagers-and love them. This company has good prices and excellent customer service.

Total misinformation
I got this product through youtube ad. The product is basically useless for me. The material is not good at all. It is one size product. The material is stretched after a few days and the brace slides down after that. It does not help at all

I am unsure if this company is a scam
I am unsure if this company is a scam. I ordered my brace on November 4th and haven’t received anything yet. I have spoken to customer service three times and all three times I was given a different story until I contacted UPS which confirmed there was never a delivery ordered placed with them from this company. Could someone please let me know their delivery time frame or if anyone was scammed into buying these? I’m ready to file a BBB complaint.
