I ordered a knee brace which was very deceptively advertized on facebook sponsored advertizing.On my way to the checkout i was offered front of the queue express delivery of which i refused.About an hour later i changed my mind about this purchase and also found it on amazon for less than half the price it was going to cost me to buy it from America.It was also stated in the advert that this could not be purchased on Amazon or Ebay.I emailed amrelieve support to try and cancel my order and was told my order was already shipped and it was now too late to cancel.I was told to return the order once it had arrived and i was still not happy.When it arrived i imediately contacted amrelieve to get the return address only to find when i went to post it,it was going to cost me 50% of the cost of the whole order.I think that amrelieve should have been able to cancel my order after one hour,especially when they claimed in their advert to be overwhelmed with orders and tried to collect an extra fee of £6 to fastrack it.I am not at all happy with this company.

Knee Relieve are marketing con artists. They sent me the wrong size and now they want me to return it at my expense. I will never do business with this company again!

I purchase this product, the knee compression sleeve, after doing the suggested measurements to get the right size. However, the size I ordered was too large. They didn’t have me go through the hassle of mailing the large one back and mailed me the next two smaller sizes without any additional charges. The medium size fit me well and I comfortably wore it playing Pickleball until my knee injury improved. Their customer’s service is top notch.

The knee sleeve is worthless!! I received my order today. I put the sleeve on and as I walked the sleeve started rolling down, causing my circulation to be cut off. It will stay up if I don’t move or sit down. The side supports need to go all the way to the top of the sleeve. I called to return the sleeve and they refuse to give you a return shipping label which is another $10. WORTHLESS!!

I bought this and arrived about 4 weeks later. Does not fit at all. Lower half is very loose and offers no support. Going to request a refund. Interior Chinese product unfortunately.

Looking at the reviews AFTER just placing my order makes me afraid of what's going to happen. Hopefully it will fit and the cap not keep falling down. I started to cancel but since I used PayPal I'll just wait and see what happens. Fingers crossed!

Like so many of these knee sleeve products, there is no functionality. The company’s claim that the sleeve fits all size legs is false. I purchased this for a parent whose thigh circumference is 19”. The sleeve rolls at the top, the knee disc won’t stay positioned on the kneecap, and with movement, the entire sleeve begins slipping. It is also incredibly tight and reduces circulation after extended use. My parent is 170 pounds and 5’7”—hardly obese. I won’t bother to return it. It was delivered in a mailing envelope with no instructions, no packing slip, no anything. My fault for having been influenced by a slick web site!

I bought this just by looking in picture but it is not at all like that when you wear it slips after walking for few mints and also torn after a while just imagine the product when i send them pic they send me one more but is the same it slips and useless don't spend your money on this type of stuff you will regret. i will never recommend any one to purchase
