Products arrived quickly and well packed. They are great, really pleased with the quality, great comments about my skin since using them.

Hi Brad, Sorry to hear you still haven't received your package. We always aim to provide our customers with fast and reliable delivery. We're working it out with the delivery service as we speak. It seems your package has been sent back to the distribution center after the failed delivery attempt. We are working to get it to you asap. In the meantime, we have refunded your order. Hopefully this helps. If you have any other questions or comments, please feel free to contact us. Best, Sam | Team Klyr

This company is a SCAM! The concealer product are terrible shades which do not match your skin! I contacted for a refund and nobody contacted me in return despite the "guarantee". The products are made in China so the quality is terrible! I contacted my credit card company and told them to stop payment to SP Alpha Skin due to fraud!

I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. There is no phone number or chat option. The only way I can find to contact them is an email address. I placed an order on January 1st. Today is January 16th and still don't have my package. I am in Texas. I have tried tracking it, and the tracking details do not show WHO the shipping company is or how to contact them! The tracking says delivery attempted, but no one has called me or attempted delivery. I live in a 2nd floor condominium and my Suite is clearly listed on my order. I get packages from USPS, UPS and FedEx daily with no issues. They are clearly using a 3rd rate shipper BE WARNED and then do not provide any support or route to actually getting what you paid for! Initially, Support replied to my email and said reach out anytime for updates. I have since reached out 6 different times and they are now ignoring my emails. I just want the shipment I paid for! This company is extremely questionable and clearly does not stand behind their order process. I will file a dispute with AMEX...be warned!

There was only a tracking number, no progress bar as far as where the package was at in the process of arriving. The box was damaged once it arrived. The product should have been placed in a sturdier box. Also the “light” concealer is much darker than expected. I should have ordered lighter but the website told me to order “light”.

Hi Bren, Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the delivery of our product. We will get in touch with our delivery service to make sure it doesn't happen again. About the shade of our concealer; that can be a tricky one sometimes. Our tool helps people to get an idea of the best for their skin, but it remains quite subjective and personal. Every skin is different of course. If you want, you can always return your product within 30 days after ordering. Please let us know if you would like to do so. Hope i have been able to help. If you have any questions or comments, always feel free to contact us. We're happy to help. Kind regard, Sam | Team Klyr

Not sure if it’s a scam yet but ordered last week and have gotten no information about shipping and they have no social media’s available

Hi Joseph, Thanks for your review and I’m really sorry for the delay in shipping updates, that’s on us. I’ve just checked your order and it shows as delivered. I’ve also reached out to you privately to confirm everything arrived safely. Because you had to wait longer than expected, I’ve already refunded 20% of your order as a gesture of goodwill. We’re a small team and we’re currently improving our shipping communication so this doesn’t happen again. If there’s anything still not right, I’ll personally make sure it gets sorted. Thanks again for your patience, Guido Founder, Klyr

Unfortunately, my package did not arrive and after the six tries the support is not answering to me on how to resolve the issue. The product itself is great but this is not acceptable for me!

Hi Lukas, We're very sorry for the delayed response, that is not the service we strive for. I just messaged you, hopefully we are able to change your experience with us for the better. We are very glad to hear you like our product and we would like you to remain a happy customer. Best, Team Klyr

Overall good experience and excellent product. Shipping took about a week and I live in the US. As far as the product goes, I ended up getting two bottles of concealment cream and two jars of day cream because of the deal I got. Very happy with that but just to let you know, a little bit goes a very long way with this product. It definitely speaks for the quality of it but I almost wish I would have bought the applicator instead of the extra product because it seems like it's going to last forever. Anyway, not upset at all about that just wanted everyone to know that a little bit goes a really long way.
