Hi Leight, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're genuinely sorry this has left you feeling frustrated. We'd like to clarify that we do not enroll customers into subscriptions or process recurring orders without authorization. The subscription option can be enabled or disabled on the product page before the item is added to the cart, and while we understand it can be easy to miss, it does require selection during checkout. After your original order was placed, a separate subscription confirmation email was also sent. That said, we completely understand that this may not have been your intention, and we're sorry for the confusion and inconvenience this has caused. Hi John, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the Medium shade appeared much darker than you expected. We understand how frustrating that can be when you're looking for a natural, seamless match. A few things we normally suggest: -Use much less product than you think you need, as even a tiny amount goes a long way. -Apply your Day Cream first and let it fully absorb before applying the concealing cream. -Blend well and focus only on the areas that need coverage. -Applying too much product can sometimes make the shade appear darker or more noticeable on the skin. A few things that usually help: -Use less product than you think—less really is more -Apply your day cream first and let it fully absorb -Focus only on the areas that need coverage, not the full face -Blend well It can take a couple of tries to get it right.
