We do offer shade swaps, and while we have tips that can sometimes help with application, we shouldn’t have kept suggesting you try again after you’d already explained that you had. It’s also possible that one of the responses you received came from our automated support system, and we’re sorry that this added to the frustration. Just to clarify the ordering process, you can purchase a single bottle from our website. The two bottles are part of our Buy One Get One offer, which is automatically applied when the product is added to your cart. You can simply remove the additional bottle before checkout if you'd prefer one. As for the shade, this is something we commonly hear from first-time customers, and it can often come down to how much product is being used or how it's applied rather than the shade itself. We recommend starting with an extremely small amount and applying it only where coverage is needed. Gently tap and blend it into the surrounding skin rather than using too much or spreading it over the entire face. We also recommend applying your day cream first and allowing it to fully absorb before applying the Concealing Cream. When the skin is dry or too much product is used, it can make the shade appear more noticeable or even look different from how it should.
