Old men can learn new tricks!
At 75 years old I am actually, finally, making dietary lifestyle changes, based on knowledge of how specific foods are affecting my weight, my blood pressure, and my glucose levels. Thank you, Klineo!

I am a convert
I tried this back in January this year with it set on Medium Carb. There was a lot of stuff that spiked my sugars. I tried it again and switched it to low carb. I can find a meals that are fast to make, really tasty and don't spike my sugars. I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the meals are.

Klinio is Super!
I am diabetic and struggle following a diet. Klinio gives me a daily plan with options that is easy to use and follow. Also easy workouts. Customer Support is great too!

It’s much easier with someone helping you!
For anyone that needs to manage their diabetes better I would recommend Klinio. It is very thorough in all aspects of your daily routine. The meal plan is much more food friendly than most plans.
