Great tips and reminders

I like the fact that meal choices are easy and easily exchangeable. I do wish the fitness showed gym workouts. I can still do the workouts at the gym with the same equipment suggested from the app, but I would like to see gym equipment as an option as well.

Be warned, they set up a subscription with paypal and still took money despite the subscription being cancelled a few days before it was due. Paypal were no help and Klinio refused to refund, hiding behind the Paypal decision saying they can not override Paypal which is nonsense. You have my money, you just give it back. Not hard is it?

Great start to a new approach to food and movement! Klinio makes it simple to find delicious food ideas and encourages a mindful approach to diet and exercise. Not too much, not too little - just right. It's that balance I've been missing!

So far the meal plans are great. I like that it pulls in data from my glucose meter. I wish it had more interactivity with other apps, like Samsung Health or MyFitnessPal to be able to pull in weight and other data and share glucose info and calorie intake info out with those apps.

Klinio billed me twice for the app. I provided a copy of my credit card bill as proof showing two exact same charges June 16 for $67. They maintain I was only billed once. Not true—and providing proof did nothing to get my $67 back. I am a senior citizen living on social security. I can’t afford to be beaten out of my money. I deleted their app.

Great app to help track some vital stats along with helping to understand factors that can affect those stats

Very helpful app. Good tracking interface, and the videos concerning diabetes info, working out, food choices, etc., are short and to the point.
