I just started using Klinio about 2 weeks ago. I found it is easy to follow the meal plan, the recipe is provided with each suggestion. You are able to change the suggestion also. Makes it easy to follow. I have lost 6 lbs since I started and my blood sugars are down. I am very happy with my results so far.

My wife and I joined Klinio a bit more than a week ago and find this program outstanding. Its inexpensive and the menu contents can be bought at our local grocery stores, no special Buy Klinio items. the menus are easy to follow, excellent quality and taste and we love them. We do make changes/exchanges and it all shows up properly on our menu guides and buying lists. Neither of us are diabetic but thought this was a better program because its something I see us following well beyond the initial 28 days. Other diets I tired, yes I lost but then gained it all back + when I quit their special approach. Klinio isn’t that limited at all. Will continue with this. Not sure the limited complaints Ive read about cost even makes sense. Den
