The klinio app has meal plans. If I don't have the ingredients I log what I ate. It holds me accountable. Then I see the caloric intake and carb intake.

Gracias al seguimiento que me permite hacer la aplicacion, como registrar que como, cuanta agua consumo y mi presion arterial, he logrado vigilar y manejar mi condicion de pre-diabetes. Comencé con una A1C de 6.7 y luego mas o menos un mes la bajé a 5.8. Estoy muy contento. Por favor no la publiquen.

Die Firma Klinio hat zwar auf meine schlechte Bewertung geantwortet. Das ist jedoch Unsinn! Ich habe alles richtig verstanden, was bezüglich des gelieferten Produktes ausgesagt wurde. Ich wehre mich nur dagegen, dass man den Kunden ein Abo aufzwingt ohne ausdrücklich darauf hinzuweisen und nach Ablauf eines Jahres ohne weiteren Hinweid den Betrag von € 67,-- abbucht. Das findet die Verbraucherzentrale auch nicht korrekt, und das entspricht nicht seriösem Geschäftsgebahren.
