I was diagnosed by prediebetees. I found this app its helped me to lose weight in a healthy way. I have prevented my prediebeetes with the help of this app. All meal recepies are healthy, easy and quick to make.

I love this app. Plenty of recipes, tips, a space for all the useful information to control diabetes.

I would give it a negative if I could. The app makes it almost impossible to add your own foods and if you do you must add it again, unless it’s at the same meal as before. All the recipes use too many grains, I prefer to use starchy veggies instead of grains. No place to tailor the foods to your taste. My fitness pal’s free version of their app is a much better app. The only good thing about this app is the learning section and it ends after the first or second week. I’ve had this app 18 days (I paid for a year) and will only refund 1/2 of my fee less a processing fee.

I struggled with the app but have received great customer support.

Comprehensive diabetes management in one app.

I thought I knew a lot about diabetes since I had a problem with low sugar (down to 40) years ago but I really needed help which I am now getting with Klinio.

Klinio has helped me to understand better my relationship with food and diabetes. I know that there are certains foods that make my RBS go up and some that keep it at a more manageable level. I also understand that there are foods that will curb my appetite and desire for sweet foods which I love so much. So in understanding all those things, I can apply them to my life now, feel satisfied with what I eat and keep myself healthy at the same time.
