July 22 2022 had my blood work read to me. The pre diabetes scare me out of my skin. I started to look how to reverse this. And sure I found It his. I’m isn’t cheap. Next wear be 300.00 and is ok. As long as I’m doing the right thing. Being guided is awesome. Nutritionist in this country don’t exist. There is no place here to find one. The nutritionist at the health department helped me once. They I found her at the store buying some powder doughnuts. Lol this is fantastic. Thank you for such perfect app. I owe you. Thank you

Clear understanding language. Meal plans very helpfull

I love the versatility of the meals and snacks! There are plenty of options if I don't like something and they are very easy to prepare.

Ive actually started losing weight & am able to enjoy the plant proteins I like. I'm a lazy cook so I appreciate knowing what meals are coming up so I can cook grains for multiple meals.

I could never recommend this diet plan to anyone. The app is not user friendly and although I contacted customer support several times they took too long to get back to me and they were not always helpful. Although they did offer tips regarding diabetes it wasn’t anything I hadn’t read through other free sources. I will continue to use the plan as I did pay for 6 months but I will drop it after that. Lesson learned!

I have really enjoyed the healthy meal plan. I’ve only been using it for a couple weeks and can already feel the difference. My sugar levels have lowered dramatically.

Easy to understand

I like the app because it helps me track my A1C, blood pressure, blood glucose and weight on a daily basis. The meal plans are very good. too!
