Quite simply it's a scam, they say you're paying £9.50 a month and then charge you the full £57. I cancelled the moment the price change was revealed and went in circles for 3 hours trying to cancel. Have since been in contact via email to complain that they've taken the money and request a refund but they just sent the same pitiful email which is copied and pasted with different names at the bottom. Have now escalated the complaint with PayPal in hopes I get my money back but I'm not going to hold my breath. Happy for anyone who's actually benefited but it's been a nightmare for me.

I have emailed this company explaining my situation and how I am not able to use this app that I paid £48. Support team cancelled it, and told me I couldn’t ger any refund. How is this ok? For a company that its goal is to help people! This is clearly not helpful on my mental state . I fell scammed. After this reply, I was emailed support again and with the reply to get in touch and I only got a reply back today only to be told that they’re sorry they can not find my details therefore no refund. What a scam.

Auto renewed my membership of £60,I requested a refund the same day the money came out and they have refused to refund me saying they are "unable" to refund the money. Not happy.

After registering and paying for Klinio I couldn’t log into the App. I contacted them and they emailed me repeat instructions. I tried with no success, my son tried who is good at IT couldn’t either. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t give me a refund but would cancel my registration. So I paid for a service I couldn’t get to use. I would certainly not recommend them.

Cancelled within a trial period as I found the app wasn't for me. Menu plans did not suit me at all. Deleted app off my phone and thought nothing off it. Recently realised that January 23 and January 24 payments have been taken. Contacted customer service and they refused to refund me and hid behind terms and conditions and auto renewable. I had to reinstall app to delete the subscription which should have already been cancelled. I feel like I have been conned and they have £120 of my money that they refuse to return.

Signed up for a month's menu to try this out costing £29. Email then showed what I would get and I wasn't satisfied also small print at the end said that they would automatically take next payment a month later. This hadn't been clear. Was not happy with this so went into app and deleted my profile. I have emailed them and they said further subscriptions automatically get cancelled if app deleted but waiting for response as to whether my request for initial £29 will be refunded since I am within the 14 days Cooling off period. THANK YOU Klinio, the £29 has now been refunded into my account as of 24th January. Restored my faith in your company but think Trustpilo review helped.

I signed up yesterday. Firstly I had no idea this was an American company. Second, I am disgusted at the so called meal plan. Practically all the breakfast are porridge with different toppings, and the dinners and lunches are nearly all the same meal of noodles with pork,chicken and vegetables.Snack suggestions all hummus and pitta.!!! No variety or useful recipes at all. I will be charged over £50 for this useless information. I want a refund of my Pay Pal payment but can’t find any way to do that! This is a con. Beware. I still have not received my promised refund!

I saw a My Diabetes ad on Facebook and signed up after taking their quiz. I made a payment that was discounted for a 6 month subscription and received an email from a site called Klinio. I realised I had signed up to an American company. I had thought this was an entirely different service, so I replied to the email twice to ask them to cancel my subscription. I haven’t heard back from them. Only an automated reply. Then I went to the Klinio app to try and cancel my subscription myself but it won’t let me in without a password reset, which it doesn’t allow you to do. It keeps saying they’re sending a reset link to my email. No link or reply has arrived in my inbox or spam. I need to cancel this subscription as soon as possible. Can someone from Klinio get back to me as soon as possible.
