As I was completing the purchase, $66.00, and the next screen came up. They wanted an additional $44.00 so I bailed out, false advertising bait and switch? They took my money via the Apple app. before the transaction was completed and I got exactly nothing. Never again not so sure Apple isn't in on it.

I haven't been able to use Klinio I have sent an email asking for help but have had no reply . I have applied refund through Pay pal but this has been refused as they say I have received the product. As I cannot sign into the app this seems highly unlikely.

Very poor communication they took money out my account without informing me prior won't get money back as they can't find my account they are full of lies DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM THIEVES!!!!

I joined up, and going through to payment was a little concerned whether buying protein powder and another additive was good for dieting, (a little expensive too), only to find after payment and download the app, that there where a majority of breakfast menu options for porridge that included the protein powder, and the additive, and making it with water. Within 20 mins, I had contacted the on-line support chat box, to say I wanted a refund. Within 30 mins, had found the option to cancel the subscription using the app. I then received an email saying subscription had been cancelled, and no payment would be taken. This was not the case! Money was taken 3 days later, and I was then told a refund would not be possible, as I hadn’t contacted support within 24 hours! No refund, as per their terms and conditions. PLEASE READ THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE, AND INVEST TIME TO REVIEW THEIR MENU OPTIONS BEFORE SUBSCRIBING. I have just found on their last email, information that they will process a partial refund. No details on how to do this, apart from confirming that I want a refund. Let’s see?! ps, a little concerned that the original email said I was “dangerously over weight” at 145 lbs, with BMI of 27.4

Awful customer service. Very geared towards type 2 diabetes instead of type 1 diabetes. When I reached out after paying for 6 months and having the app for 2 days, was told a refund could not be issued after 24 hours. This is not listed anywhere in the sign up process, and website lists 14 days. When I responded to their email they just copy pasted there original email without addressing any concerns or offering even a partial refund. Awful experience taking advantage of people.

DONOT subscribe to this company!! All you get for your money is an ebook of dubious information and advice. You will not receive a personalised or tailored management plan as promised. They tried to take two payments from me but luckily my bank intercepted the second attempt and contacted me about this. I had already realised that the information I was sent was worthless and sought to obtain a refund within minutes of receiving the useless ebook which simply lists foods - the meal plans are pathetic. I’d told them I was vegan and only ate plant based food and low carb options … but they still sent me lists to select from which included meat, fish, dairy and lots of high carb cereals. NOTE: You need to cancel repeat subscriptions ASAP as otherwise KLINIO will continue to take money from your bank account forever more. Please make sure you do this immediately. It’s complete rubbish. And a scam.

I was unable to open the app on my ipad so I cancelled - only 8 minutes had elapsed. Entered into correspondence with Klinio. The response was that I had not cancelled within their time limit and no refund would be made. Paypal also would not refund. So, I am out of pocket by £57.00 and thoroughly unimpressed by all concerned. Plus - app is referred to as My Diabetes but after I had paid, the app was called Klinio. Total misrepresentation - there is a legal term with regard to taking money for one commodity and then converting it to the use of another commodity. Conversion, I believe. What it is, I will no longer reply to any advert on Facebook. I just do not trust the platform or the companies who use. It

If you have an eating disorder, be CAREFUL - this can potentially be triggering. ALSO be aware that their current refund policy is 24 HOURS, not 30 days!!! I was lucky enough to get a partial refund - but as someone on disability benefits, it is a damned shame that their policies didn't allow for that kind of support. I will not recommend this to others until they update that. This app is NOT bariatric supportive - the calorie counts are too high, the food search database is sadly lacking, there is no desktop version as yet.
