Easy to understand and great price.

Seitdem ich den MyDiabetes-Plan nutze, fühle ich mich wie ein gesunder, glücklicher und lebhafter Mensch. Es ist schon erstaunlich, dass ich mich so fühle, nur weil ich viel Gemüse, Nüsse, Beeren, Fisch und magere Milchprodukte esse. Und außerdem nehme ich noch ab!

This is all the information on what a diabetic should eat and when. I’m learning a whole new way of cooking and eating that is pleasurable and delicious. They should teach this in schools. Everyone needs to learn this. Thank you, thank you,thank you. And please keep up the great work!

I find this app very useful. I am not a full blown diabetic but I am using this app to avoid becoming one. I lost my dad and brother to diabetes, and both were in kidney dyalasis for years. This is something I do not want to do. My brother also lost a leg and fingers due to diabetes. It's a very nasty disease.

Amo le scelte dietetiche presentate. Se non mi piace qualcosa nel menu, posso cambiare quello che voglio. È fantastico. Mi dà la possibilità di mangiare meglio senza pensarci troppo. È fatto apposta per te!

EDIT: Es wird immer besser. Nun wird versucht diese Bewertung löschen zu lassen und mir unterstellt, ich hätte das Produkt nie erworden. Das abbuchen hat dafür aber ganz unkompliziert geklappt, hm?! Toller Umgang mit Kunden...NOT! ACHTUNG!!! Man kauft nicht einmalig einen Plan, sondern ein Abo! Ohne Ankündigung wurde nach 6 Monaten einfach erneut der „Kaufpreis“ von meinem Paypalkonto eingezogen. Vom Support kommt lediglich, in schlechtem deutsch, immer wieder die Bitte, sich mit mehr Infos an ihn zu wenden, da die bisherigen (Name, Rechnungsnummer, E-mail, ect) angeblich nicht ausreichen um irgendwas zuordnen zu können. Hinhaltetaktik der untersten Schublade! Der Plan ist wenig kreativ, nicht sehr flexibel, der Sportplan kostet extra. Die benötigten Zutaten orientieren sich am US-Markt und sind hier teilweise gar nicht bis schwer zu bekommen und wenn, dann unverhältnismäßig hochpreisig. Ich finde es immer blöd, wenn die Rezepte in Plänen so mieß aufeinander abgestimmt sind, dass man haufenweise Zutaten kaufen muss, die man nur einmal anbricht und dann nie mehr braucht. Das machen andere weit besser! Alltagstauglich geht anders. Wenn man dann nich Familie hat und/oder arbeiten muss, ist der Plan komplett bescheuert.

mydiabetes is like a friend to someone like me, diagnosed with pre-diabetes and wanting to reverse the disease. The support and information are fantastic, as are the fabulous recipes. Highly recommend!
