Average app to use

Ich bin 45 Jahre alt und bei mir wurde kürzlich Prädiabetes diagnostiziert. Es fällt mir irgendwie schwer zu akzeptieren, dass ich mir das selbst angetan habe. Nach ein wenig Recherche habe ich dann Gleichgesinnten im Internet gefunde. Mein Ziel ist es, 20 kg zu verlieren (bisher 2 kg verloren). Die Rezepte meines Essensplans sind recht einfach. Wenn man den Plan bekommt, kann man auswählen, wie viel Zeit man zum Kochen hat. Also bin ich sicher, dass diejenigen, die gern Zeit in der Küche verbringen, auch "ausgefallenere" Rezepte bekommen. Werde berichten, wie es läuft. Wünscht mir Glück!

Really has helped me get on track. Numbers are improving and I'm much more comfortable with managing my diabetes. Great reminders throughout the day.

I have tried multiple avenues to try and cancel this subscription. Yes, there is an address from Emma @ my diabetes that I tried sending an email to cancel with no reply. I am charged monthly for a subscription I no longer need. They are located in Lithuania with no ability to contact someone directly. Don't waste your money. If you need help, go to the american diabetes association. Joanne

Excellent meal plan.

Whilst I consider myself a well-controlled Diabetic, the MyDiabetes App has given me much more in terms of what I can and cannot eat. The daily meal plans are extremely helpful and these have enable me to further lower my glucose levels. I have also lost an average of 3KG during the first week of following these meal plan.
