The painting is gorgeous
The painting is gorgeous, but what really stood out to me was the craftsmanship of the frame. The corners are perfectly aligned, the finish is flawless, and it looks like something you’d buy from a high-end gallery. It completely transformed my living room.

From the finish to the smallest details, a lot of care goes into making sure the framing complements the artwork beautifully. Hearing that the finished piece transformed your living room is the best compliment we could ask for. We hope you enjoy it for many years to come! Best regards, Gwen

The artwork was packaged extremely…
The artwork was packaged extremely well. The wooden crate did an amazing job protecting the frame during shipping, and everything arrived without a scratch. The only downside is that the crate is quite large and heavy to dispose of afterward, but I’d rather have extra protection than risk damage.

Hi Spencer, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re really glad the artwork and frame arrived safely and in perfect condition. We definitely understand your point about the crate being large and heavy to dispose of, and we appreciate you mentioning it. We tend to prioritize extra protection when shipping artwork, so it’s great to know the secure packaging did its job. Thank you again for your understanding and honest feedback! Best regards, Gwen

Customer service was amazing
Customer service was amazing! They kept me in the loop as to the progress and sent photos so I could have the artist adjust deeper or lighter shades of blue and or silver. I absolutely love it and it arrived very well packaged, too. I'm definitely going to order from them again!

The painting looks different throughout…
The painting looks different throughout the day depending on the sunlight, which I really enjoy. Certain textures become more visible in the evening too. It gives the piece a lot of character.
