We’re sorry to read this review, but we feel it leaves out important details regarding what happened with your order. As our artworks are individually made to order, we contacted you four times by email during the production process specifically to request your feedback and approval. Unfortunately, we did not receive the required response or instructions within the timeframe provided. We understand that you were away on holiday at the time; however, this was outside the control of both Kline Collective and the artist, and production could not be placed on hold indefinitely without communication. We take quality control and customer feedback very seriously, which is precisely why we reached out more than once before the artwork was completed and dispatched. It is therefore disappointing to see the situation presented as though your concerns were ignored and the artwork was simply sent despite your instructions. Our made-to-order policies and production procedures exist to ensure that customers have an opportunity to provide feedback while also allowing our artists to complete orders within reasonable timelines. We always endeavor to work constructively with our customers, but this requires timely communication and cooperation from both sides. We stand behind the efforts made by our team and artist throughout this order and believe it is important that the full circumstances are represented fairly.
