The entire process was seamless. After placing the order the company keeps you informed of every step. They even send a photo of the finished artwork before they ship it. And the packaging of the artwork for shipment kept it safe and secure and it was easy to pry open. Very happy with what i ordered. It was exacting as shown on the website.
