We have used this for countless clients of ours... But sadly it has not improved for many years (no good new features of note, or obvious signs of evolution), is buggy, hard to use in places, template editor did not improve, and just generally, feels like a company that isn't really trying any more. Its also really too expensive for what it does. Its probably still the market leader, but generally its a disappointing platform in 2026.

Severely overpriced to start with. Then customer service non existent. I moved from Klaviyo to Omnisend because Klaviyo kept increasing their prices multiple times in a 12 month period and customer service was not there. When I cancelled my Klaviyo account it kept sending emails to my customers, when I logged in to try to get help for this to stop it said "email support and chat support no longer available, upgrade plan for support". This just confirmed the poor level of customer service offered by Klaviyo. Very disappointed with the amount of money I have wasted on this platform. Omnisend has the same capabilities, cost less and has fantastic customer support.

Ich würde 0 Sterne geben. Ich benutze Klaviyo ein paar Monate, und stecke 2 Monate Zeit rein um alles aufzustezen (was wirklich nicht intuitiv ist, es gibt beispielsweise keinen undo button) nur um dann eine Email zu bekommen, dass mein Konto deaktiviert wird, weil ihnen aufgefallen ist, dass man keinen Finanzcontent über klaviyo vermarkten darf. Danke für gar nichts. Wirklich die wärmste Empfehlung ES NICHT ZU NUTZEN

Recently tried to work with your business over a couple of weeks but was cut off due to me being a finance broker that worked with several finance companies hence you wouldn't support the SMS function. Very disappointing indeed. If I could give no stars out of five I would. Stay away peeps 😉

To be fair I haven't had any experience with tech support yet. But have been using it for 2 years now and overall Im a big fan. Now that I compared it to GHL. They are different cos GHL is more of a CRM, but in terms of email campaigns and flow and integrations with Woocommerce Klaviyo has so much better interface and ease of use. Will update my review if things change

A company that used to be amazing and is now absolutely horrific. They launch new features and then dont update any of their documentation, not that it matters because the website is always broken anyways and doesn't load. Can't wait to cancel. We pay $4k a month and only have access to AI chatbots who take you around in circles. You want help with a Klaviyo bug? Good luck! You will have to log a ticket and then they just send you an outdated blog article that doesn't help at all. What used to be an excellent email provider is now just a predatory SaaS company like Shopify.

Don't get lured in by the Shopify integration alone. Klaviyo has become an endless money pit where you pay a premium for 'bloatware'—features that sound good on paper but offer no real utility. Their pricing keeps climbing, yet the customer service remains abysmal. For the price they charge, you’d expect a much higher level of support and care. It’s simply not worth the investment anymore, and we will be moving our business elsewhere.
