ordering was easy

I have just recently started using Kittsupps with my cat. He is 10 years old and an indoor cat. I'm not sure if I am giving him the required daily dose but it is better than not giving it to him and relying on the taurine in his cat food. I haven't seen any changes in his coat or daily habits and I am slowly increasing the amount I give him daily. So far I have purchased 4 jars. It took a while to get my second order but I appreciated the email about what was going on and what to expect when the order came. Thank you for a product that helps my cat!

The taurine may be working. One of my cats has stopped vomiting frequently. However, about 2 weeks after I received my initial order, I received an email stating that another order was being shipped and charged to my credit card. I immediately called to cancel, as I had not placed another order. I was told the order could not be stopped. That product took about 10 days to arrive, so obviously there would have been ample time to stop the shipping. I am stuck with over $100 of product I did not order and an unauthorized charge to my credit card. I have canceled my account and will never do business with Kitty Sups again.

Prompt to reply, willing to help make sure all is absolutely as stated in orders. Good customer service. Shipping is a bit lengthy compared to other sites for shipping.

My cats seem to be responding well to the addition of this to their diet. They are happy and healthy. I feel good about protecting their health with this and other supplements. The shipping time was a bit long IMO.

Since I have been giving my three cats Kittysupps Taurine I have seen great changes in them. My almost 3 year old cat had bloodwork & liver enzymes that weren’t in the normal range. Since I have been giving them Kittysupps Taurine they have more energy. They are more playful & holding their tails up higher. Even the almost 3 years old bloodwork is back in the normal range.
