The quality of the products (I use Taurine & L-Lysine) are excellent. I've noticed a 'more healthier' appearance in my three cats, especially the clarity in their eyes, since their first dose, early March 2026. I've no doubt that KittySupps products are extending their lifespans too.

Easy to order, delivery as expected and I have no issue and feel comfortable giving my 6 year old Burmese the Taurine that is necessary in Cooper's diet.

My 3 cats seem happier. It is so easy to add to their wet food and they don't seem to know it is in their food.

I was very interested in trying this product and looked at what I assumed were legitimate reviews. I didn’t realize it was shipping from China. It has been a month now and I still have not received the product but I’ve been billed for my autoship which comes 30 days later. I have contacted the company and filed a complaint with the credit card company but not sure what will happen. Be very careful if you sign up to stop a second shipment ASAP.

Hi Jan, We’re sorry to hear how frustrating and disappointing this experience has been for you. We understand how upsetting it is to still be waiting for your first order while already receiving billing notifications for a future shipment. Shipping and courier transit delays can sometimes occur outside of our direct control, particularly with international shipments, but we understand how the long wait negatively affected your confidence in the overall experience. Our subscription option is intended for customers who want automatic replenishment orders, but customers should always feel fully informed and able to manage future shipments clearly. We also understand your concern regarding the timing of the second shipment while the original order had still not arrived. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and concerns. If you’d still like us to review your account or shipment status more closely, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] Mariel from KittySupps

My fur babies have been on it for a month or so. They seem more active and my male cat looks much healthier.

The order i purchased took nearly 8 weeks to arrive. Then the company charged me nearly double my original purchase WITHOUT my permission for another order 2 more times and didn't send me the taurine product! When I contacted them by email, a representative told me they WOULD NOT return my money!!!!
