Reached out to KITH customer service through X & the website. Provided my receipt & proof of purchase & they resolved it relatively quickly. Really good service.

The customer support kept me updated on the latest information on the issue with my order. Very professional and the outcome was that the carrier lost the packages I'm glad to hear that I am going to have a credit for the lost order which was not kiths fault.
