As someone who has been buying from kith since 2015 and even had a private buyer from Selfridges in 2020-23. The UK returns customer service has failed to meet my expectations and I am now looking at moving away from the brand. They failed to handle a simple return for an issue with the wrong shoe sizing in the correct box sizing. No one is taking accountability and dealing with this issue correctly I was being passed from email to email to the point I’m i ended up back at the first person. Not to mention your returns form didn’t even recognise my order number so I couldn’t just send it back without supported help. I was given no return label and being forced to pay for a return for an error I did not make. Ordering a Uk11 and ending up with a UK9 is not my fault. I'm very disappointed in Kith uk.

They are a company that care about their costumer, their service is top tier helping you out with your order problems… take some time as usual but you will be satisfied
