What a waste of time this company is, send me emails of products you can’t buy!!! Most of their collabs end up on resale sites for ridiculous prices. A shoe that costs 120 pounds, sometimes 5/6 times the cost. Their reply is oh sorry we don’t deliver to these countries!!!! Its 2026 for goodness sakes!! Frustrating and annoying

Terrible service. Ordered an in stock item online, waited two weeks and they have refunded me with no explanation. Sent several chaser emails prior which to be fair they responded fairly quickly but not very helpful as they just said wait. Cheeky gits offered me 20 points. Give the points to Gryffindor for all I care.

I bought from KITH many times. Quality of products was always amazing. They offer very interesting collaborations with great ideas. Shipments are fast and goods are packed in an anti-damage way. Even when shipment is delayed somehow - customer service always answers and provides information and solution. I am and I will be returning customer for sure.
