good this experience

Very responsive and solid answer by Sandra Keep up the good work!

Although I understand the wait time and the logistics of it all, I had exclusive access to shoes that just took too long to fufill. It was as if was forgotten about because I have seen people on social media with their pairs in hand without exclusive access. That sort of gives the impression that my order may have been forgotten about and maybe canceled, although that wasn't the case. The response time of customer service was great and a response is always greatly appreciated as I know most things are beyond their control. But having to inquire about my order (after 7 business days) and then seeing progress almost immediately seems like it was forgotten about and it took an email to have someone look into it. This is pure speculation and I'm not trying to put blame on anyone but in a time where items could sell out immediately and even confirmed orders can be canceled due to miscounted inventory kind of makes me lose confidence in future purchases and that although the outcome was positive, I won't be as fortunate next time.

Efficient and helpful response.

The representative was very nice and helpful And also he was answering very quickly and always clear and explaining.

Ordered 2 pairs of sneakers and they do not look authentic. The boxes they came in are not the same quality of the ones that I’ve purchased directly from Nike. Items arrived late. I had to send them an email asking for my order and it suddenly arrived the next day. Something is shady and I can’t seem to pinpoint it. But wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them.
