Sent the wrong item, I am a size M and they sent a totally different item and size XXL! Customer service is robotic and really unhelpful. They will not send a replacement but ask that you return the wrong item for a refund... I live in the UK and this item comes from the US so that will take a while to return and be refunded. Not a good experience and for the price you pay, you can get better service elsewhere.

Rubbish website. Went to get some shoes. Shoes wouldn’t load, website crashes, shoes sold out. Waste of time

*Updated* this rating has been improved to 3 stars since another member of the support team improved the offer to keep the shoes and provided a more meaningful apology. The 3 stars will remain to reflect the QC issues and my initial dealings with customer support. Original review: Ordered a pair of the 8th Street Gazelles. Following a 6 Month wait (this was fine and fully explained as a 'made to order' item) they arrived with a small tear on the suede. Customer services provided two options: A) A 10Euro gift card - the trainers cost >200... B) Return and refund - no replacement possible despite a 6month wait... Neither of these options appeal and are frankly poor from any genuine retailer.
