When "your" money becomes "theirs" [FOREVER]
I recently had a disappointing experience with KITH's refund policy. I purchased an item that didn't fit, and despite not being able to wear them, I was unable to get a refund. KITH's policy doesn't offer refunds under any circumstances and they aren't obligated to provide a reason. It's simply "company policy," which leads to an inferior customer experience. Customers can't try on clothes to ensure a proper fit when shopping online. This issue is especially concerning for items that are ONLY available online. Most retailers understand this and offer full refunds to accommodate their customers. So why does KITH insist on keeping the funds? This policy, which is not fair or reasonable, is simply unjustified. On the note of "customer service"... They have an automated chatbot and an email service that only responds around 4AM. I suspect that KITH is farming out their customer service to another company outside of the US.
