I had a question about a purchase I made, and they responded quickly and very kindly!

Ordered a pair of sneakers, had to pay to return them (which I was aware of). Once returned my only option was a gift card - the lack of communication around this being the return policy was baffling and because of the way the company has responded, I no longer wish to shop there.

I would like to thank Sarah from Kith Customer Service for her outstanding assistance. I had ordered a T-shirt and later realized that my wife had already purchased the same one for me. Although cancellations are not typically allowed after an order is placed, Sarah took the time to review my situation and was able to help me with the cancellation.

It was easy to find the goods I was looking for at Kith website . A lot of awesome options , an website easy to navigate with great user interface Delivery was on time

Clothes look nice but question the quality in some instances. The customer experience is not very good. I ordered cloth just to find out their inventory wasn't updated and their we out of stock. pre-ordered items then find out delivery triples from 4 weeks to 12-16 weeks. Snaps on cloth break and little use. Return policy is very customer friendly. My patience have worn thin and I am moving on. It's too bad.

The raffles are non-sense. I have a friend at the dallas location. They said dont waste your times. All exclusive shoes are sold early to friends and people paying a mark up. Top tier customer that spends 1000s per season. Never hit 1 raffle. Its just a cover up. You will not win. Dont give these scammers your money!!!
