Scam Company. Avoid at all costs. Found message in Junk email asking details to forward a parcel. Nearly fell for it as I was expecting a delivery. They need sorting.

I am in the UK and to my knowledge have never ordered anything from this company but I am inundated by emails from them wanting me to confirm my address which surely they should already have if I had ordered from them.

Went to the Citrus Park Fl location today had terrible customer service.Spent 600.00 in that store and the women who I think was a manager had absolutely no personality.Acted like I was putting her out.You would think spending 600.00 in a store like that you would get better customer service instead she never smiled and was very snotty.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a gift online. They only sent one to address listed then sent the other to the store. Makes no sense. I contact customer service they basically say too bad I have to drive 3 hours out of my way for it. I will no longer shop there. Never had such bad customer service with any store. If I wanted to drive 3 hours I would have stopped at the store instead of using online. Sooooo dumb

I order an end table called scallop gorgeous but of course coming from China what can you expect. The legs are all chipped the table is not wood is like a paper wood horrible it’s leveled at all what a waist. Never again will I buy furniture from them again
