website is terrible. the 'keep me logged in' function has been broken for years. it's one of the worst maintained websites i've ever seen from a legitimate 'business'.

This place is a TOTAL SCAM! I will NEVER be back at this, poor excuse of a grocery store! They are one of many, using false ad prices and advertising to get you into their Lair and when you make an extra trip to go back with your receipt, to show an incompetent woman at Customer Service, which DOESN'T EXSIST HERE! She tells you some BS, that makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE, on how they are going to keep, YOUR STOLEN MONEY, IN THEIR POCKET!! NEVER SHOP HERE!! UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING FINANCIALLY RAPED!!

Nitwit Kroger (of which King Soopers is a division) is pushing online ordering and offered me a substantial discount to place such an order. The website is so clunky it doesn't even offer the option of placing items directly into a grocery cart, but after saving them to a shopping list, I was then able to transfer the contents to my grocery cart. I had chosen eight items totaling over $70 and then tried to check out, only to have the website tell me that there were no items in my shopping cart and that each of the items I had selected wasn't available. They included Kroger brand milk, ground beef, and coffee -- there's no way that none of them were in stock! Kroger's customer service was of no help whatsoever, oblivious of the problem entirely and unable to do anything about it anyway. In chat, a rep tried to tell me that items may not be in inventory -- in this case, every single item I wanted to buy, including Kroger's own milk, ground beef, and coffee. I'm certain that local stores are not sold out of these items and that there is a problem with the web site -- how crazy it is to try to drive customers to place orders online when the software does not function!

There were no dividers at the self checkout line on 25701 E. Smoky Hill Road in Aurora. The lady in front of me had lots of groceries. The clerk was rude with her tone asking me to wait. Dividers would have solved the problem but once again no dividers. Around 6:30 am.

Very cool people at the pharmacy I was happy to get the company discount and I also did an upsell because of your nice service!

I waited 5 minutes as the ONLY person in line and Mary at the service desk wouldn't even look at my face. Decided to leave. How miserable do you have to be as a human to treat others that way.

King Soopers 100 W Littleton Blvd, Littleton Very poor customer service. I bought a can of tomatoes for $3 that was past its expiration date. I came with a check to return the money, but was refused by Front End Supervisor Linda. She said that the item was purchased at another King Soopers store, and according to their store policy, they do not refund money for expired goods. She claimed that the information online about returns to any store was false. When I asked to speak to the store manager or another manager, I was told that there were no managers at work at 1 PM and that nobody knew when they would be back to work. Conclusion: I bought an expired product, and the return request was denied.

I am complaining and Ticked Off that my neighbors had king soopers deliver groceries on Sunday , 10/19th at 5:30 a.m. The idiot driver arrived to deliver groceries n left his truck running for 15-20 min even after delivering . We are in quiet neighborhood n hearing this loud truck.noise at 5:30 a.m on a Sunday is RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE !...AND WHAT A WASTE OF GAS. PLEASE PULL YOUR TRUCK AROUND CORNER AWAY FROM HOMES TO DO YOUR AFTER DELIVERY BIZ. THE DRIVER IS AN IDIOT ..IN AURORA ..DELIVERY
