terrible customer service first of all. just rude. I order items in November it is now Dec 16th and I still have not received my order. these were Christmas presents. so I called and im now being told sometime in January now. How nice, now I get to show up to Christmas empty handed. Thanks for ruining my holidays jerks.

Great items at a good price, just make sure you have a month before you need what you ordered.

They send catalogs and I never asked for one. They have no respect for consumer privacy. I contacted the DMA and am a member they still send junk catalogs.

This company uses very sleazy business practices. They sent out a Black Friday email advertising their webbuster deal of the day. I saw the email the second it hit my inbox and opened it immediately. I rushed to select the item and it was "out of stock". It was less than 1 minute after I received the email that it was out of stock. I rushed to order it because every other time I attempted to order an exceptional advertised buy, it was always "OUT OF STOCK ", SO THIS TIME I WAS READY FOR THEM!! It was out of stock when I tried to order it less than 1 minute after receiving their email. It's very clear that this company employees"lost leader" tactics to sucker you into opening their web site, hoping you'll buy other stuff once you realize their lost leader doesn't exist. Watch out KINGSIZE, I'm on to you now! I've requested to be removed from your mailing list and will never do business with such a dishonest, deceiving business! SHAME ON YOU!!!

I can’t believe the way their customer service reps and supervisors speak to their customers. They do not respect their customers or even care to keep your business. If ordering, I hope they get your order correct because the last people you will want to speak to are agents like Tony or Rebecca.

ORDER AT YOUR RISK!!! I'M SO VERY UPSET WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. PACKAGE GOT LOST AND THEY DIDN'T CARE. SAID IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND IT. THEY WASHED THEIR HANDS OF IT AND ARE ATTEMPTING TO KEEP MY MONEY. CLAIM IS STILL PENDING. ONLY GAVE THEM ONE STAR BCUZ I COULDN'T GIVE THEM A BIG FAT ZERO. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered on the 22nd and they pull my money out and then I looked AT my card transaction because my card was in negative and I didn't understand why it was because AND THEN I FOUND OUT they pulled the same amount of purchase agine from my card so it was like they double dip I was so upset any other place u purchase a item and it is pulled off THENthey charged me twice. When I called back they was acting like I was stupid and didn't give me really any explanation just that is how it works with kingsize I told thEM that THAT IS A really bad way off conducting bunnies and all they could say is that is how OUR bank WORKS NO THAT IS F&_CK UP BUNNISE I WELL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM SCAMMERS AGINE. FOR ANY BODY THAT DON'T WONT TO BE SCAMMED DON'T SHOP WITH KINGSIZE.

They lie about free returns. After charging me $20 for shipping, they will only give me free returns if I accept an e-gift card as a refund instead of refunding my original payment method. It's practices like this that really ruin a good thing. Old navy, JC Penney's and Khols all have big and tall sizes with FREE shipping and actually FREE returns. Get with the program King size!
