It was good to see that there is a company that advertises TALL sizes. Only problem, what they ship is neither TALL nor sized correctly. Ordered size 40 shorts. Received size 38 of wrong length. Company doesn't seem to care; and they don't refund all your money if they screwed up.

I ordered long before Christmas and none of my items have arrived. They didn't get around to shipping it till a week after I ordered it. Still haven't received anything and they can't even offer shipping updates. This is terrible business. When you speak to them they just don't care. At all. Unless you feel like waiting nearly a month for your items, shop somewhere else. ANYWHERE else.

Worst company i have ever delt with. Clothes are overpriced and fade quickly. Now they keep lowering my credit limit eventhough i make my payments on time On top of that my minimum payment due keeps going up.Never deal with these crooks they are rip off artists

If you find something you want, wait a few days to buy it because it may just go down to a cheaper price and the shi**y a*s company will not refund the difference as most places with good business practices would. Also, if you don't like their way of doing business and you return an item then they will punish you with a $7.50 return fee plus the shipping fees. The worst experience I've ever had with online shopping. Purchased almost $300 worth of clothes. Delivery was never made. Jeans were out of stock so when spoke with rep, she reordered for another color in stock, or so she said. Instead she ordered A SHIRT. Also, never delivered. Needed for an event! Spoke with many managers, who then assured I'd be refunded and advised to pick it up at FedEx and ship back with USPS to help THEM get it faster since they said they refunded. So I did. Now? They didn't issue the refund because USPS hasn't scanned that bags. Spoke with a MANAGERS MANAGER and he issued the refund as a "honest faith" then hit me with IF USPS DOESN'T SCAN BY 30 DAYS, THEY WILL STILL CHARGE ME FOR THE CLOTHES I NEVER. RECEIVED AND ONE I DIDN'T EVEN ORDER AS IT WAS THERE REPS MISTAKE. Im never shopping here again, and I'm sure to advise everyone I know THIS WILL BE THE WORST EXPERIENCE. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY, NOT IF YOU EVEN HAVE THE PRODUCT. SCAMMERS!

Waist and chest measurements on suit jackets are typically on, which is great, minus the fact that I'm 6 foot 6. Following the size guides I order from the tall side. They don't ask for arm length, and apparently my arms should be about 6 inches longer than they are because while it fits around the chest, I look like a 10 year old trying to wear my dad's sports coat, my hands completely disappearing into the sleeves. Their refund policy and customer service get a thumbs up.

An order I placed on Dec. 12th for my holiday vacation, which according to their website would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas, was not delivered until after Christmas when I was already in another state. I've been going back and forth with customer service for months trying to return the items, since I found replacements elsewhere, and now they tell me I'm out of luck since their 60 day return policy expired. Unbelievable! I'll not be ordering from KingSize again. Perry Ellis, Duluth Trading and Cablela's are now my go to purveyors.

The clothes tend to run a little large. The briefs do not the fit very well. The shirts and coat I got were very good.
