This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They not only took 3-weeks to ship my order, but they screwed the order up thus I then had to wait on a credit. I felt like I was a hostage. Instead of a pair of pants they shipped a piece of cloth instead. Just a 4ft piece of ugly cloth. At all costs: STAY AWAY FROM KINGSIZE!!

I ordered a 5xl men's jacket and received a women's size 20 skirt and jacket suit. The label on the bag it was packaged in even said the 5xl red plaid jacket. How do you mess that up? The process of filling orders is broken and needs to be reevaluated. So does the return policy. I was told that I would have to send the items back and once they receive the items then I could get my money back and if I wanted to order the jacket I would have to be charged for that item. That is ridiculous and one of the worst customer services experiences I have had in a long time. The person I spoke with was pleasant enough so I am not blaming them, but that policy is awful. I will never order from them again. How does someone slap a sticker on the bag that says one thing when the item in the bag is CLEARLY not the same. Where is the quality control?

I placed an order last Saturday and I have received zero emails/info on my order so I checked on my order(today the following Saturday). It hasn't shipped so I contacted them and they told me the had a warehouse problem, then it was changed to they had too many orders? I told them refund the $25 shipping and were good and I was told no they will not be giving any refunds. I asked why it won't be here in the 7-9 days like the shipping I paid for said and they said they have 20 days, they also tried to tell me it was 7-10 days and when I said I'm looking at their site right now and it says 7-9 they said we'll have to let management know to fix that. Then when I asked if the delay was my fault or their fault they told me I was being belligerent and hung up on me. Horrible company and horrible customer service

On 05/04/2021 I purchased multiple items from place everything came to me but my problem is that I have called into customer service 3 times making today the 3rd time 10/7/21 to see if all 3 pair of my Levi's that I purchased from them would have some type of Warranty and they have no records of my order period and I have an order number 40023567030 and the operator kept trying to upset me by repeating the total opposite of what I saying her name was zizing she was Korean or Japanese and I spent over $600 on this order and they don't have any records of it

The clothing is second rate. I took their credit card was never issued the credit I was promised. I called the company you talk to a bunch of foreigners and they give you the run around. I paid my balance and canceled my account.

The worst customer service EVER! It is impossible to cancel an order even if you go back into your account within two minutes to make a minor change! The clothing quality is very so-so as well.

This company is absolutely horrible. First they overcharge. They have Hand down lightweight Men's shorts regular price is 54.99. They have them on sale for 22.00 this weekend, which is how much they should be normally, so this is not a clearance price. Then for 5 shorts they are charging 22.99 for standard 7-10 day delivery. Then they are charging the wrong sales tax. I called them about it and they would do nothing about it. DO NOT BUY THINGS FROM THEM!

Over the years I have had issues with King Size. Twice they sent my orders to an address I never lived at. Their “customer service” is a joke. They constantly do not listen, repeating information I had previously acknowledged I had, always passing me on to someone else who cannot help me with my issues. I will never shop through them ever again.
